Yeah I'm sittin' up. Big whoop. Wanna fight about it?
I'm totally gonna puke on this guy.
Does this scale make me look fat?
Is it over yet?
We're holding out hope that our trip to Milwaukee next week will lead to some answers/solutions to the volumes of vomit we've grown accustomed too recently. Dr. Colleen recommended we ask about "nissen fundoplication", a procedure to curb reflux (GERD).
We need to start making a list of questions to ask when we go back. Right now we have four different appointments scheduled for our trip: surgery follow-up, gastroenterology, speech therapy, and six-month developmental. It should be a full day. And since Katie will be at her conference in Chicago all-day, it will be just me and Charlotte driving to Milwaukee, hanging out at the clinic, trying to get feeds in and driving back through Chicago rush hour. Good thing there is a whirlpool at the Sheraton.
But somehow, in spite of the incessant throw-up, Charlotte continues to gain weight and remain playful. She is working on consciously forming sounds and has really gotten adept at lifting her head while on her stomach. She also gets pretty ornery if we aren't allowing her to sit upright. So much to see there is. Can't waste time cradling.

Gosh darn, she's a cutie! Good luck with the appointments in Wauwautosa - Hopefully you come back with some answers and solutions.
Love to all three of you!

Pat, in that second picture you look like you are in nervous contemplation about what will happen next on your favorite television show "LOST".
Charlotte on the other hand, I think, is tired of trying to figure out exactly why people are so enthralled by this show lol :)
And no, the scale is quite slimming, You look great!
Love,
Paul, Kelly and the pups
